Muehlhan Industrial Services acquires Blast All Inc., a US company expert in bridge rehabilitation and other infrastructure projects
Muehlhan Industrial Services announced today that it expands its presence in the US with the strategic acquisition of Blast All Inc., company specialized in bridge and other infrastructure repair and maintenance services, such as industrial blasting & painting, field metalizing, and steel repairs in the New England region with particular focus on Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
Blast All holds Steel Structures Painting Council QP1 (Field Coating Application), QP2 (Hazardous Field Coating Removal), and QP6 (Metallizing / Thermal Spray) certifications, a mark of excellence and a gold standard for quality, safety, and performance in the industrial and marine coatings industry. These certifications demand rigorous annual audits and demonstrate their ability to deliver safe, compliant, and high-performance results on the most challenging projects.
Established in 1988, Blast All Inc. has its headquarters in Old Saybrook, Connecticut. Stephen Bogan, President of Blast All, has founded the company and has transformed it from a single truck operation into one of New England’s most respected and reliable business in bridge painting and repair.
What began as a one-man operation has grown into the region’s premier contractor for bridge rehabilitation and heavy infrastructure coating. Their expertise spans both public and private sectors, with a reputation built which allowed Blast All to work as both prime contractor and subcontractor on small to medium sized projects for clients like the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Rhode Island Department of Transportation and privately owned prime contractors active in the New England region.

The acquisition will strengthen and expand Muehlhan Industrial Services activities in the New England states, which Muehlhan entered in November of 2024 though the acquisition of Tri-State Painting LLC. (TSI), who pioneered field metalizing of bridges In the region; a preservation method which significantly extends the repair intervals on the region’s thousands of steel bridges. TSI is based in Concord, New Hampshire.
